  Stopped with no appointment with a cracked valve stem on tire. I had stuff to do so I just gave them my number and left. I don't even think it took 30 minutes before I got call saying tire was fixed. I drive I kia with aluminum stem so not first time this happened but fastest and cheapest place I've been to.

  They were fast and able to get my car in for a tire change right then and there. Excellent communication with us about our truck as well.

  My jeep was at their shop for 5 months for a no start problem. They lost my number, never called me back when they said they would. Was told to come get my jeep because they cannot figure out what is wrong with it. I asked the Mechanic what he did, his response was that he couldn't find any codes popping up on the scanner. Didn't even try to trouble shoot it relied solely on scanner to fix the problem. Had to get a tow truck to bring it to another shop. They didn't apologize for the 5 months and ignoring me. You're not a mechanic if all you use is a Scanner....
