Waited 3 hours for an alignment. No difference. They didn’t even come close to fixing the problem.

By far the worst customer service I have had at an auto shop. I had called in ahead of time to schedule an oil change. When I walked in I was not greeted or acknowledged by the rep who was sitting there talking to someone. The rep then managed to go outside and another rep took his place, only to still ignore me standing there waiting to be helped. I also watched 3 employees walk in and out while I was standing there for almost 10 minutes. When I was finally acknowledged, they took my keys and started the oil change. A girl came in about 20 minutes later to get an oil change as well. It took them an hour and 10 minutes to do the oil change for me, and the customer that came in after me actually left before me. I also asked one of the reps if I could get an alignment, they said they would "eye ball it" and check to see if I needed one. The rep never confirmed or said anything to me for the rest of the time I was there. When they were finally done, I asked if they had done the alignment, and they answered "no you have to schedule an appointment for that". Overall, very poor communication and customer service. Will not recommend or go back.
