- CVcarlos cabeza de vacaAug 4, 20261.0I had my Volkswagen Atlas serviced at this location for an oil change about a week ago. Not long after the service, my truck started leaking oil. Today, I received a “Check Oil Level” warning, and when I checked it, the engine was almost out of oil. I also noticed oil leaking around the oil filter area. I had to add about a gallon of oil just to safely drive to the nearest Valvoline location. I have already opened a claim with Valvoline Customer Service, and they are investigating the issue. I’m hoping the company takes responsibility if the leak was caused by the oil change. I will update this review once the claim has been resolved.

Standing in line anywhere else has always been hard on me. Not here I got to stay in my vehicle the entire time. It was a breeze.
- BBBen BecherJul 22, 20261.0It was an inconvenience to have to jocky around lanes with other cars in line because of order of showing up. Not my fault attendant took longer on bay 2 than bay one. Employes there couldn't find there way out of a wet paper bag! One pointed out the alternator to the other employee and thought it was the starter, realy a little auto common sense would go a long way. Just over all tearable experience. Might start changing my oil myself again.
