- AWAlex Whipple2 days ago5.0Solid, quick service. Highly recommend
- KKKathy Kay3 days ago5.0I worked for dealerships for years. The story was you always went to your dealership to get it done right. We were wrong. Dead wrong. Maybe some places are bad. Maybe some dealerships are good. But this Valvoline on Stoughton Road is outstanding! There is no talking down like you’re a woman that knows nothing. They were professionals, efficient, polite, synchronized and quick. You get what you pay for and today I paid for phenomenal service.
- JMJennifer MacariOct 4, 20265.0Super fast service and kind technicians. Went first thing in a Sunday and got right in. No fuss. Kind people. Grab the coupon for the oil change! Nice job Piper and Nicholas.
- SCSarah ConroyOct 2, 20265.0Mechanics are knowledgeable and kind! I've always used the Madison West and East locations and had really great service at both.
- SJSamantha JohnsonSep 15, 20265.0The service here was incredible. I rarely ever write reviews but I knew the second I left that I wanted to make sure to give this experience an AMAZING rating. The man who helped me was so kind, professional, kind, and went the extra mile by helping me figure out how to reset my oil notice light on my dash. The woman who was under my car and motioned me out was also very patient and they both were so kind and professional towards each other. It was an awesome experience and set my whole day up for positivity which I needed. I hope they can get a raise or some type of recognition. I unfortunately am terrible at names and don’t remember what their names were, but I hope they get recognition. Thank you so much!
