There are oil spots from something dripping on my garage floor. This started after the oil change and has continued since then. I will now have to take the car back to the shop to investigate the issue.

I had them change my turn signal bulb and in doing so they turned an $8 issue into an $1,100 issue. If you need any service, go to an actual mechanic, not just an oil change place, or a trusted dealer. Save yourself the stress and money. Additionally, good luck trying to contact anyone via phone or email to find a resolution to your problem. They will come to conclusions with individuals who have never interacted with you or your car. The individuals who work here are kind, but kindness and skill are not the same thing.

They were able to diagnose and replace 2 lightbulb issues (license plate and tailight) which OReilly auto parts does not due. Detailed instructions and reports as to work done all while I sat in the comfort of my car. Easy peasy! Thank you so much Philip and Mike!
