- CGClaudio Gratton5 days ago2.0If you want to be frustrated and not get good service, this is the place for you. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so this time. I used to come here all the time, but for the third time in a row, on the weekend in the morning, they seem to be horribly understaffed. I waited 25 minutes as first in line and then they let somebody else take the open bay before me. At the end of the service I asked them to double check that they had added wiper fluid that was at empty, and of course they did not. For almost $100 for an oil change, this seems a bit unacceptable to me. I’m going to have to look for another oil change place from now on. This place is a disaster.
- HKHeather Christensen KilkennySep 23, 20265.0Javed and his team were super informative and helpful. They offered insight to upcoming maintenance needs as well as explaining benefits of others. They all seemed to be enjoying their time working and it made the atmosphere a positive one to be around. Highly recommend
- ISIsabelle ShervenSep 20, 20265.0Javed and McKenna at University Ave Valvoline in Madison, WI were the best! We pulled in and they were both ready when we got there. Super nice and conversational! Quickest oil change I’ve had! I love that you stay in the car to pay as well. Was my first time there and we had the baby in the car, loved that we didn’t have to get her out! Thanks Javed and McKenna!!!
- RKRebecca KarrSep 18, 20265.0The service was fast and clear. I appreciated how communicative each member of the team was about what they were doing and why. I didn't feel like anyone was trying to upsell me while still communicating things that they recommended that I do.
- TSTaylor SheldonSep 14, 20265.0Javed at the Madison Valvoline was great! They were very knowledgeable and welcoming. He was able to answer all my questions and turned an otherwise usally boring task of getting an oil change into a pleasant and fun experience ! The team worked well to-gather and were efficient and accurate !
