  came in late for an oil change and honestly expected to be turned away, but they took care of me with no problem at all. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcomed even though I came in late. They got the job done quickly and treated me with great customer service. I really appreciate them going the extra mile for me. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and would like to be contacted by a manager as soon as possible regarding a resolution. I brought my brand-new vehicle to your location because the dashboard indicated that an oil change was due. I specifically asked your staff to check whether the vehicle actually needed an oil change before performing any service. Instead, the oil was changed without first discussing the condition of the existing oil with me. After the service was already completed and I was charged approximately $100, I was told that the oil in my vehicle was actually full and clean. The employee explained that the dealership likely forgot to reset the oil life monitor, which is why the maintenance reminder appeared. If that was the case, why was my perfectly good full synthetic oil drained and replaced with a synthetic blend? Not only did I pay for a service my vehicle did not need, but my vehicle also went from having clean full synthetic oil to a lower-grade oil for no reason. Had I been informed that the oil was clean and did not need to be changed, I would have simply had the maintenance reminder reset and gone on my way. Instead, a service was performed that was unnecessary, and I was charged for it. This situation is unacceptable. I trusted your staff to inspect my vehicle and provide honest recommendations, not perform unnecessary work. I am requesting that a manager contact me promptly to discuss this matter and provide an appropriate resolution. I expect this issue to be taken seriously.
