On one visit in 2025 the technician said I had a stripped drain screw (wasn't stripped before) and the manager went below deck and said it just needed to be tightened correctly. I thought nothing of this. This past visit the technicians again said I had a stripped drain screw and the manager was able to go below deck and see that it was only partially stripped. I asked if they had a drain screw and he said "not the CTS type. I have no idea what this means and research got me no closer to understanding. So the technician just put the old "semi-stripped" drain screw back on the car where I am sure this is a problem that could easily have been fixed. They also didn't check my tire pressure. I am paying nearly 100$ for every visit and they can't even check my tires, or replace a simple drain screw, an oil change spare doesnt have drain screws in stock? I I'll just change my oil myself from now on if I'm not going to get any service beside mere oil change from techs who can't even use a wrench correctly.
