- PCPaddy Cassidy1 day ago5.0I've taken my car to Sparkle twice and worked with Chase, and I've been really pleased with the work they do as well as their customer service. They dealt with my insurance, who didn't want to pay the full amount, and got them to agree to cover everything. Chase communicated with me updates about the progress of the work and the whole team did a great job on my vehicle, making it look like brand new. Thank you Sparkle for the great work, you've earned a loyal customer.
- JAJames AlbersSep 25, 20265.0Best service ever, would recommend to everyone I have ever met. Everybody there is great and super helpful. Anybody with any sort of car issue should consider this place before anywhere else in the Madison area. Will definitely reach out again if needed!
- DHDanielle HolschbachSep 10, 20265.0Great service from Mark & team. Very accommodating to fix my paint in a reasonable way. The whole process was fast & seamless. Thanks again!
- VVVictoria VasysAug 13, 20265.0Extremely satisfied with the craftsmanship, less so with the customer service. I’ve utilized Sparkle twice now for auto-body repair & the end results both times were pristine. Not entirely pleased with how I was treated, they did end up working with me. Could still use better communication. One important thing to know- while they normally help with a loaner car through enterprise, they do not offer anything for hail damage repair & schedule estimates can be very wrong.
- BCBrett CliftAug 3, 20265.0Sparkle has earned my business any time I need body work! They worked on my classic car after a small collision. Even with the high volume they have, they got me in, took care of my work for a very reasonable price, and got it done quickly. Best auto body shop in the Madison Area!!
