- JPJesse Pycha-HolstApr 27, 20261.0Rude and condescending with me (and two other customers in the shop at the time). Zero help with our insurance claim. Didn't even complete the estimate. The manager got huffy with me because I wanted to wait while my car was inspected ( I made an appointment two weeks prior). Then he gave me the keys back after 15 minutes, had a whole bunch of notes with which to produce an estimate, then said he wouldn't move forward with the estimate. Expected me to know my car value off the top of my head. 0/5 Never come here.

- AGAlina GrabowskiApr 11, 20265.0Sparkle is fantastic! I had relatively minor damage to my car, but I couldn’t drive it safely without getting a part fixed. The insurance adjuster had put it below my deductible, so I knew I’d be paying out of pocket. Sparkle quickly evaluated the damage and fixed my car for an incredibly reasonable price a few weeks later (so reasonable that I doubt they made any money on it). To top it off, everyone was kind and welcoming, even those I just walked by in the parking lot. Highly, highly recommend!
