  I've used this company in the past with no issues. However, they must be subcontracting work out because there is no way that an employee of an organization would be so unprofessional. I've tried for a month to get my windshield replace and every single time they cancel (not weather related). Today was it and I ended up canceling service. Must be nice to turn down hundreds of dollars in work. I will never use this company again, even if that means spending 100% more someplace else.

  I noticed my windshield had a large circular crack, and about 10 minutes later I had an appointment scheduled at Safelite. I did everything online and it was extremely easy. I didn't even have to contact my insurance company. Safelite handled everything.

  Kenneth kept me informed the entire day. My appointment time was 12-5. The morning of, he called to confirm the appointment and gave me an estimate time he would be arriving, 1:30-2. I then got a text that he was leaving the job prior to mine. He called to let me know that he would be arriving at 12:40. At 12:41, he called to say he was at my home. He was very professional and pleasant. The entire process was made as easy as possible for me. I would highly recommend Safelite.

  Great service from start to finish. They came out to my workplace and did the work in the parking lot. Excellent communication throughout the entire service. I couldn’t be more pleased!

  Safelite made booking an appointment very easy, with many dates and times to choose from. The service was quick and my windshield looks great. Thank you!
