  If you’re looking at boats for your family, you definitely have to go see Ryan at RedLine. We took our time figuring out what was right for us, and Ryan was patient through all of it. He answered every question, got back to us fast, and never pushed us toward something we weren’t sure about. We threw a few real challenges at this team, and Paul, Nolan, and Spencer helped us sort out the logistics that could have easily killed the deal. We’re huge fans of the Avalon pontoons, but honestly what stands out most is how well the team treated us. Ryan was great with our kids, which matters more than I can explain when you’re making a purchase like this with the whole family in tow. I’ve bought boats before and worked with plenty of sales reps. I’ve never had an experience like this one. Well done Redline.

  About a year or so ago I was exploring replacing the lower unit on my Mercruiser outdrive. I called them multiple times, they said they had everything written down and were generating a quote for a crated lower unit. Since they're authorized by Mercury Marine, this should've been the easiest sale a business could make. An EASY 20% margin without even picking up a wrench. I never got a call back, so i decided to stop in personally. Nobody was at the counter, one or two employees seemed to be confused. Eventually, a young guy asked me what he could help me with. I gave him the whole rundown with specific serial numbers, manufacturing dates and gear ratios. All they had to do was order the lower unit and take the damn money. NOTHING! This business doesn't want to do business.
