  Like many in Madison, we had extensive hail damage and for us, it was on our new car! Tim and the crew at Lynch Auto Body got us in as soon as they could and took exceptional care of our car and me; patiently answering all of my neurotic questions. I was a near east sider for many, many years and had always taken our cars to Lynch Auto Body both for the quality of the repair and because this is a business that takes pride in their work. The reception area is extremely clean and welcoming, always has been and the area around the shop is very well maintained. I have sat in a few really dirty small mechanic shops, which I totally get, but so appreciated waiting for my rental pickup in this really lovely space. As for our car, we got it back today and as always, the quality of the work is exceptional. If I could give Lynch Auto Body more stars I would because I believe they are worth it!

  Hands down the best service I have ever received! After waiting a whole month for Zimbrick Autobody to provide an estimate only to get total crickets, I decided to look around locally and found Lynch Auto Body. I stopped in, and Tim personally looked at my car. I explained that I did not have a rental car, faced a long commute, and needed the turnaround to be as fast as possible. Tim estimated it would take just three days to repair my hail damage. I brought my car in on the scheduled date of August 17th, and by August 19th, took home with me. Tim is truly a man of his word. The team did a phenomenal job, and my car was returned to me sparkling clean and looking brand new. I am incredibly appreciative of their efficiency and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them!

  The service I received at Lynch was exceptional. They were so responsive and quickly repaired my vehicle after hail damage. They were affordable so that my vehicle did not need to be totaled which totally saved me. Tim and his team are fantastic. I would highly highly recommend Lynch as they took great care of us!

  I had a fantastic experience with Lynch Auto Body after my vehicle was badly damaged in the major Madison hailstorm. The damage covered essentially every panel, and once Lynch got a proper look at it, it became clear the original insurance estimate had significantly underestimated the repair. Tim and his team handled the supplemental process directly with Progressive, stayed on top of the delays, and made sure the vehicle was repaired properly rather than simply working within an inadequate estimate. The finished work is outstanding, you would never know how badly the vehicle had been hit. Tim was straightforward, honest, wonderful to work with, and clearly cared about doing the job right. If the need ever rises, I would gladly trust Lynch with my vehicle again and I highly recommend them to any who need repairs

  I am another happy customer following Lynch's repairs after the ol' April hail storm. My car came back as good as new, maybe better. Not only were the repairs perfect, but the car was essentially detailed when it was returned to me. I very happy about that, especially since I am trying to sell this vehicle now. Lynch worked with my insurance to get a supplement approved, which was nearly twice the cost of insurance's initial estimate. My only qualm is that the initial drop-off and initial communication felt a little unorganized (Lynch was probably overloaded with hail-damaged vehicles; I can imagine it was a busy/stressful time), but in the end it all came together perfectly and I have no hesitation rating 5 stars and recommending Lynch to others. I do not want to have to return to a body shop, but if I do I will certainly come back to this east side gem. Thanks, Tim & team for the outstanding work.
