  Lynch Auto Body did an excellent job on my car repair after a big hail storm in Madison. Tim Lynch worked with my insurance directly and advocated on my behalf to ensure that the appropriate repairs were made. Despite having hundreds of other cars needing hail repairs at the same time, they were still able to complete the work on my car in a reasonable time frame. Thanks again!

  If I could add more stars, I would! Mr. Lynch and the team saved the day after my car had a myriad of problems due to hail damage. I know that they must have been overwhelmed with everyone needing repairs after the storm, but you would never guess it! Unlike the other auto body shops that I called, Mr. Lynch was patient, thoughtful, and helpful from day one. He was answering my calls from dawn to dusk to make sure I had the information I needed and got my car fixed up as soon as possible. It is obvious how dedicated Lynch Auto Body is to working hard and helping people through tough times. I'll be back! (See you soon!)

  Just picked up my vehicle (~$12K in damage from baseball-sized hail) and it looks terrific! Lynch worked well with my insurance, making the process seamless. Lynch Auto Body even detailed my wheels (including removing rust stains from the rims); that is going the extra mile : ). It is a great family owned, neighborhood, business. Tim was a delight to work with.

  Lynch Auto Body really impressed me during what was honestly an incredibly stressful situation. After the recent hailstorm hit the neighborhood, they were clearly dealing with an overwhelming volume of cars and customers—but you wouldn’t know it from the way they handled everything. Despite being a small business with a small staff, they maintained a high level of professionalism and delivered genuinely high-quality customer service. Tim went above and beyond. He took the extra step of getting my parking pass out of my car, which I hadn’t even thought about in the moment, and later retrieved my license plates for me once the car was deemed a total loss. Those small but meaningful actions made a big difference and showed how much they care about their customers. On top of that, one of his service techs even took the time to help me diagnose an issue with my other car. That kind of willingness to help, especially when they were already so busy, really says a lot about the team. Even under pressure, they stayed organized, communicative, and respectful. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in helping people through difficult situations. I’d absolutely recommend Lynch’s Auto Body to anyone in need of reliable and thoughtful service.

  I cannot recommend Lynch Auto Body Inc enough. Finding an honest auto body shop can be stressful, but Tim and his team are the real deal. I took my brand new car in for hail damage repair, and from the start, Tim was incredibly prompt with the estimate and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He even handled the insurance claim directly, making the entire paperwork process completely stress-free for me. There was no fuss, just total honesty and transparency. What really stood out was their attention to detail. It’s clear they truly care about their work product; the repair was flawless, and you’d never know the storm even happened. They truly treated my vehicle as if it were their own, making sure every single dimple was accounted for. Tim treated me as if I mattered. He stared me directly in the eye with promise and commitment to restore my car back to new. Tim is a man of his word.
