  Great experience, staff is friendly and understanding. Service was great, I didn’t need to worry about the transition between getting a rental and returning the rental from the repair shop.

  Absolute nightmare. My car was being repaired next door so I had previous authorization for a rental. They didn't have anything that moment so they said they would have an SUV for me at 5. So I called someone for a ride home. I come back at 5 and they don't have an SUV. They had a van, which I didn't want, but also didn't want to wait until the next day because they close at 5:30. So I said yes to the van, which had just been returned and was just washed, still wet. It's almost 5:30, they pull the van up. The guy jumps out, we do a quick walk around, noting any scratches to paint, etc. I was told it had a little less than a half a tank of gas. I pull out, a couple minutes down the road I notice the gas in one tick away from empty. It's 5:30, I'm driving, I'm not going to pick up my phone and make a phone call. I stopped at a gas station, take a picture of the gas gauge and send an email to them because they are now closed. I fill up the vehicle. The next day I take the van to go shopping. I notice that there is a smudge or something next to the rear view mirror. When I stop to look at it closer, I see it's actually a hairline Crack. So I drive to the car rental place and tell them and they blame it on me. Looked right at me and said "you did this". They are charging my insurance and I was responsible for the repair. I was absolutely stunned. They rushed us out the door less than a day before without even examining the windshield. Lied about the gas. Now I've filled the gas tank and they have the vehicle. They said tough luck on paying for a full tank of gas. I immediately visited my insurance agent and we will be disputing the claim. The people at the counter were total jerks. We have rented vehicles from this location for years. Will never again and I advise others to go elsewhere.

  Everyone I dealt with at Enterprise was great. My car got trashed by hail and the rental was originally through American Family Insurance. I was picked up by Enterprise at the body shop and brought in to pick up the car. The car was brand new and very nice. My car ended up being totaled out. I was able to easily rent the car myself an extra few days while waiting to close on a new car at the same rates that Amfam paid. When I was done with the car I got a ride over to the dealership to pick up my new car. You guys really helped make a difficult situation more bearable. Thank you.
