I called for months trying to speak to someone and when I finally did they said there was nothing they could do because I signed the agreement. However, I signed the agreement based on the amount I was told, not what they actually charged. They claim they called multiple times throughout the rental to confirm these charges and that voicemails were left. This is false, as I never received voicemails or had missed calls, and I checked my phone record from my cell company to confirm. I was told I should’ve contacted them during the rental time if I was not okay with the cost, but I WAS okay with the cost I was told. The issue was the cost that appeared on my credit card bill days later. Now I am out hundreds of dollars for something I did not agree to and seems to have been falsely documented.
