  Be sure to take photos of and scratches before you leave they charge you for existing damage even after you pointed out the damage before you left Horrible absolutely horrid that they do that as a way to steal from you when you call to address the charges they never call back knowing they were and are in the wrong and they didn't even clean it first

  Rented a Jeep while my car was in the shop repair. They went out of their way so I could rent a jeep. The Jeep was a lot of fun!

  This location was supposed to have a rental car available for me while my own vehicle was being worked on. Enterprise sent me a confirmation email with a reservation number and the reservation date, etc. However, when I showed up to get the car, they stated that they had not actually reserved a vehicle for me because I had missed one single phone call from them. No follow-up texts, calls, or emails were received to finalize. Enterprise made this mistake despite a large auto body company making the reservation for me and telling Enterprise's regional and local managers SPECIFICALLY NOT to rely on me being able to answer the phone in order to finalize for a second time the reservation which had already been finalized. If they're this neglectful of a serious and profitable business partner, then please imagine how Enterprise will treat you as an individual renter. Based on this experience I will never be using Enterprise for work or travel ever again.

  I schedule an appointment since last week to be picked up at the body shop were my truck is getting fixed and they showed up at 8:35 they also surprised me with a $50 dollars deposit without any previous noticed. They made me late for work more then 45 minutes and did nothing for making it up to me. I will never bring my business ever again to this unprofessional fools!!
