  Enterprise Car Rental on the Eastside of Madison was excellent. Once the agent found our reservation and discovered it was for rental due to an insurance loss, she fit us into an SUV that was similar size to our vehicle. She was very thorough and pleasant and got us on our way within 20 minutes. I love that everything is paperless and that they checked in with us via text to be sure everything was to our expectation! The car was spotless and ran beautifully for the time we needed it while our vehicle was in the body shop. Thank you for your diligent service, Enterprise!

  Rented a car online using my debit card info., because I was told you can do that. Went to pick up the car and they said if I use my debit card I need bring a utility bill. Not once when I made the reservation was I told I needed to bring a utility bill to rent a car. So I ubered there and back for no reason, spent my own money to get absolutely nothing but inconvenienced. I will say the staff was apologetic and polite but the policy is absolute absurdity unless you TELL PEOPLE IN ADVANCE that they need a utility bill. I also asked if this had happened before and they had said yes but somehow it has never occurred to anyone to find a way to alert people using a debit card to bring a utility bill of all things to a rental car establishment .

  We received a rental because our car needed collision repair. We were told it be a month but they got it ready much faster. The service has a guarantee in case it has an issue (great for peace of mind). The service and care was done beautifully. They even helped me transfer belongings from the car to the building and then into another car later that day. Rockstar performance Thank you
