  Note: always check with your car insurance to see if it will cover a rental car or in my case, I just bought the $30 insurance Enterprise offers bc I didn't want to take the time to do that, but it saved me a lot of hassle. Here's why: When I returned the vehicle they looked at it for ONE second, and in the same happy happy cheerful voice they had questioned us on why we were renting a car, what we were doing in the city, etc. Now it was well because there's a dent here, we're going to have to put a hold whatever blah blah blah, and I didn't know a dent was there and I certainly did not put it there. When I rented the vehicle they did not have the one I requested but again acted super cheerful on how this one was much better and even though I gave them hours notice about when I would be there, guess what when I got there they had to "get it ready" and sprayed it off so when they handed me the keys it was dripping wet and they pointed as we walked around the vehicle once in the exact opposite direction as that dent. I don't know which place is the scammer, whether it was the pickup place or the drop off, but I will not be renting from Enterprise again. After I had dropped it off, the pickup place called me and left a voicemail that said if you have any questions please call and oh I see you have the insurance so don't worry about anything. Which is what I said at the counter to the drop off person when they were ready to, I don't know. write me up, and I let her know that I had the extra overpriced insurance.

  This location is very racist when it comes to blacks. They pick and choose who they want to rent to. I have a friend that had a debit/credit card and they told her they didn’t use debit cards but my other friend who is a different race rented a car and used her debit card.
