Late on a Friday afternoon, I was considering the purchase of a used 2023 Volvo; and on very short notice, Marty in the front office was able to work the car in for an inspection. He was both polite, accommodating, and helpful. Yet what blew me away was how knowledgeable and detailed Justin (the technician) was. He was able to identify key areas on the car that were potentially in need of work -- enabling a better, more informed negotiation with the dealership.
