- TTTaylorJun 18, 20262.0Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and for them to look at my exhaust. The guy at the counter kept putting words in my mouth, stating that *I* just wanted them to check out the excessive noise and ultimately lower the noise of the exhaust. What I actually wanted them to do is fix the underlying issue with the exhaust and what I actually stated when I dropped my car off is that I wanted the broken part(s) replaced or fixed. That is what we discussed and what I was prepared to pay for—replacement parts and the labor to replace them. When I went to pick up my car, he said to my face that he didn't fix the overall issue, just patched over it so it wouldn't be loud anymore. He said that he would have called me to get my permission first, but he didn't because he remembered me saying I just wanted the noise to be taken care of. Which, again, I never said—he did. If you need an oil change, this a cheap place to go. Mind you, I'm still not quite sure if they rotated my tires because they sounded unsure when I double checked before paying. Would not recommend that you go here if you actually have something wrong with your car. They will not do what you talked about, will not call you if anything changes, and will blatantly lie about what you wanted in the first place to cover for it.
