- MMMichael MOct 7, 20265.0This was at least the fourth time I’ve taken a car to CarX on Odana over the past decade. Their staff was very communicative about what the issue was and strategies to go about fixing it correctly without doing extra work. I dropped the car off and they were able to get a pretty substantial issue diagnosed and fixed within 48 hours. Their costs were well below what the dealer would have been able to do.
- MMMassendra MusialOct 6, 20265.0Jameson was so nice and friendly! I called at first and he said I can come on in. When I got there he told me he will check to see if they can repair my tire. Thankfully they were able to repair it in less than a hour for a great cost. He was so friendly throughout my whole trip experience. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!
- AHAmanda HenrySep 12, 20265.0I really appreciated being able to come in on a Saturday and being able to wait for my car as it was being worked on. The Team there, really cares about their customers and their vehicles. They were able to help me all in one day. Thank you! Justin and Jamison are great!

- JLJeff LarsonAug 26, 20261.0First, I tried to make an appointment on your website. When I didn't get any confirmation, I called on the day I scheduled to go in. No appointment was made. Apparently, your website doesn't show appointments, so against my better judgment I made an appointment for the next week. While I was waiting, the music, if that's what you call it, in the garage was so loud, I had a hard time reading my book. I could just imagine what it was like in the garage. Finally after 2 and a half hours, my paperwork and keys were on the desk. I was ready to pay when someone comes in the door and went in front of me to ask about fixing a tire. He asked all kinds of questions and the man at the desk went out to his car with him. He spent about 15 minutes with him, and all I wanted to do was pay and go. Finally when he got to me, I told him I should have payed and gone. He said he had other things to get done. I paid and left, and I won't be back.
