  My family and I have been loyal customers of this shop for years and always trusted their work, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Recently, they worked on my brother’s vehicle and something was damaged during the repair process. When concerns were brought up, responsibility was denied and the situation wasn’t handled in a way that felt honest or customer-focused. On another visit, additional repairs were completed without getting approval first, and the final bill ended up being significantly higher than what was originally quoted. To make matters worse, my son’s vehicle was serviced here and we were told a part had been replaced, but after having another mechanic inspect the car, we were told that part does not appear to have actually been replaced. We understand repairs can be complicated and mistakes can happen, but communication, authorization, and accountability matter. After years of being customers, this has been very disappointing and has caused us to lose trust in bringing our vehicles here again.

  These guys are amazing, I own a mobile repair business and I seen a lady broke down on side of road with 5 kids , we had a really bad freeze warning so I put her and her kids in a room because they didn't have money to get one so I called around look on Facebook and couldn't find a part cheap so I could pay for one more night for them but I finally found these guys on Facebook with the part she needed and they pinched in to and gave it to me and I had them back on the road that day. So I want them to know they are amazing people and the family was so thankful. Thank you once again for helping me get them out of this cold
