  Rented from Alamo at the Madison Wisconsin airport. Staff was very friendly super quick pick up and return process. I would definitely recommend.

  Charged twice. Rented car from 8:30 AM to 8:30 AM next day. Specifically arranged to return car before location reopened at 8 AM next day. Parked car in designated location and put keys in drop box at 6:55 AM with video evidence. Location did not process return until 10:33 AM and charged double for an extra day, falsely claiming I returned it late. Impossible to contact location directly, no direct number provided. Called central customer service to dispute charge. Location refunded erroneous second day.

  Simple check in. Vehicle was very clean. Ashley was super efficient and friendly when we returned the vehile.
