  The process was smooth, but what really stood out was the employee who greeted me at O’Hare. Billy was incredibly friendly and welcoming — after a two‑hour drive early in the morning, I wasn’t expecting such a warm reception. He even offered to take my trash, which was a small gesture that made a big difference. Excellent service all around.
