  Not pleased. Email communication before our appointment stated they were ready to go for our appointment between 8am-noon. After waiting 3 hours, at 11am on day of appointment, I got a phone call that the glass wasn't there & we would have to reschedule. I was told they would reach out Monday. Waiting until Thursday, still no call or contact. Tried calling the local location but the AI phone system kept hanging up on me. Called customer care...they reached out to the local branch & I was then told the glass was STILL not there. Then no communication for another 3 days. Finally got a call that it was ready, set another appointment. Gentlemen called on that appointment day to let me know he was coming around 3:45pm...great. Got another call around 2pm from a female that she was on her way to my car to provide the service because the gentleman that had previously called was "throwing a hissy fit". Very unprofessional & disappointed in the service overall. Customer care was also not helpful. We will use a locally owned glass shop from now on.

  Loved how convenient my service was. Came in with a huge crack down the windshield so had to get it completely replaced. Took less than an hour and a half while I was expecting 2 hours. Only thing I could think of is more time/if at all, wiping off the dash from extra debris, but nothing that I couldn’t just wipe off myself.

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent Safelite windshield replacement experience. When the technician arrived, she seemed unclear on basic details of the appointment, including whether I was having my windshield repaired or replaced, despite the fact that I had already prepaid and selected a windshield replacement on the work order. After the installation was completed, the technician handed me my key fob and stated that she would be sweeping up the broken glass before leaving. I began walking back into my workplace, but she immediately drove away without cleaning up any of the shattered glass. When I returned to my vehicle, I found broken glass scattered throughout multiple areas of the parking lot. There had been no glass in the parking lot before the service was performed. I took photos and videos because the amount of glass left behind created a significant safety hazard. What is most concerning is that the broken glass was spread across several parking spaces in a busy, active workplace parking lot. Employees regularly walk through this area, and vehicles continuously enter and exit throughout the day. Leaving shattered glass behind under these circumstances is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of concern for customer safety and the safety of others using the parking lot. I contacted Safelite before 4:00 PM CST on June 12 and was told that the shop would be contacted and would call me back. No one called. I contacted Safelite again later that day and was told the representative reached the technician, who reportedly stated that there was not enough glass left behind to be hazardous. The representative also advised that a message was left for the shop manager and that I would receive a call on June 13. No one ever called me back. The glass remained in the parking lot, and the issue was never addressed. The lack of communication, failure to follow through on promised callbacks, disregard for a legitimate safety concern, and leaving hazardous broken glass behind after service is unacceptable. I expected much better customer service, professionalism, and accountability from a company with Safelite's reputation.

  Small chip with multiple small cracks coming from the center. My vehicle was returned and the chip looked exactly the same! They may not be able to fix the cosmetics of a chip fully, but you would think you would see at least see SOME change. For all I know, they did nothing and just charged me $166 for 15min of work. I would have appreciated a prior inspection and maybe a recommendation to, "not bother" for such a small chip if they knew there would be no change. So my advice to you, if the chip is smaller than a dime, save your money!
