  My technician was great. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He worked had to carefully do a good job. I would recamend this location based on his work. I opted for Safelight to come to me and they made it easy.

  Safelite got to our home within 1 days as our vehicle couldn't be driven to the store. Our technician Logan was very kind and helpful and also we got a great deal on windshield wipers that were very needed. Thanks for checking that out Logan. Windshield looks fantastic! This was done in such a timely, but very carefully manner. We appreciate you very much Safelite & Logan. The only thing I could see improvement on is ordering online, when I needed to speak to a "real" person I could not actually connect to one. Hopefully you will change this because not all people have smartphones, some still have flip-phones! I was hung up on several times by the automated call. Thank you for the most important part!   Josh did a superb job replacing my windshield right in my driveway, 1 hr or less, very organized, well equipped, thoughtful and super clean removal and new installation. He answered my questions with thoughtful skill, cleaned up during and after. A+ job! R WI

  I got my windshield replaced from you guys. The service was awesome except the technician that installed our windshield did not install it correctly so the seal is not fitting properly. The windshield is off centered. Also, the technician that installed the windshield put several deep scratches and gouges in the driver side window must’ve happened when he was putting the seal on the windshield from his belt buckle. There is some scratches on the passenger side window, but not nearly as bad as the driver side window. It is awful. I Had my previous vehicles windshield replaced from you guys, and it was excellent service even with the technician.

  The people working at safelite in lacrosse were good people. I was impressed with their ability to recap their service. The more frustrating part might have been my insurance company induced. Calibration and aftermarket windshields didn’t work, so I had to return. The second go, things worked out. Their service was good. They were professional. My biggest frustration was just they couldn’t do it in Winona, where the process initiated. In Winona, I could drop the car and come back. To drive to lacrosse, was an inconvenience. It wasn’t something I wanted to take PTO to complete. But, at the end of the day, the work was done and the guys working in lacrosse were good. And, like I said, they were very professional in their communication after the service was done.
