  The service was horrible and they lied to me . My wheel bearing broke and I called dons for a tow I was told by one of the long as a get the work done there I wouldn’t have to pay for a tow which was fine I didn’t mind paying either way! They told me on price and I was quoted 2 more prices before I was told the price would be dam near $800 dollars cool didn’t mine cause I needed the work done when I picked my car up it’s seemed unleveled so when I got in my car i had about 3 lights the tire lights, Abs, and one other light when I asked why all the light was on they was very rude and unprofessional this was back in August now we are in March and I’m currently having the same issue!

  I had an absolutely HORRIBLE day yesterday & Don’s Towing & Repair Service came to my rescue! Jason (tow truck driver) was so kind & super helpful to me. Honestly- he could not have been any nicer to me & that was so appreciated because I was so shaken after my accident. Once at the shop- I was VERY impressed with Jacey’s professional demeanor and knowledge of my car & situation. She is a huge asset to this company. They have a very comfortable waiting area which I found quite nice after being in a car accident. Comfy & clean couches, big tv- not stiff income table chairs like at most shops. I think their pricing is really fair & super honest. I would 100% feel confident in having them complete any of my repairs. Thank you to all at Don’s Towing & Repair in LaCrosse, WI.

  Don is... interesting to say the least. I went to Don for an oil change and what I got in return was something much more shocking. I left my car with Don for a while and walked downtown. Something he had said was stuck in my head, "Can I have you address too?" I didn't think much of it at first, thought it was just for billing info, but then I thought about it more. Why would he need my address for billing? I can just give him my card! He also mentioned that I didn't have to come back for the car, which I thought was strange too. Nonetheless, I headed back home waiting for Don to call, but he never did. About an hour passed by of me waiting for a call that would never come when I heard a vehicle skidding down the street. I became worried as the sound got closer and closer until BOOM. A car smashed right through my wall. Not just any car but MY car. I stared as the driver stepped out the seat, seemingly proud of what he had achieved. It was Don. "Got your oil changed boss." He said. What the-?

  We had such a great experience last time, we brought our Honda in for routine service. Everyone at Don's is so friendly, and Jacey is a fantastic service coordinator. Thank you for the great work!
