- TRTHOMAS ROBERTSJul 4, 20265.0After a 14-hour shift at my emergency medical dispatch center, I came out to find a front tire had a slow leak. Best part—it’s July 4th! Made sure my spare was properly inflated and used my GOOD SAM membership. Drake from Craig’s Towing in La Crosse, WI was fantastic—arrived within about an hour, was friendly, professional, and incredibly fast at changing the tire. Excellent service all around. Please recognize him for outstanding customer service. 10/10—thank you!
- KJKaren JacobsonJul 4, 20261.0A young man and his sister traveled 3 hours from MN to visit their dad who has diabetes, dementia, on dialysis, and partially blind. He parked where his dad lived and did not know he needed a sticker. Craigs Towing towed them and when he went to pick up his car they charged him $211.00 to get his vehicle. He tried explaining his situation and the lady at the desk said 'so, my son has diabetes". They only towed the vehicle 6 minutes away. Would not even take some off for him. What a way to represent LaCrosse! Very cold hearted!
- NBNick BjerkeJun 15, 20261.0Unfortunately, some of Craig's drivers do not believe in taking care of your property while they're towing it. Recently a Craig's driver was driving a flatbed and a vehicle loaded on it along with towing behind another vehicle and going 75 on the highway in a 65. They quickly pulled up to and tailgated another car before that car turned off the highway. This is unacceptable for any vehicle especially a corporate vehicle along with any tow truck company that is entrusted with your personal property to keep it safe.

- GRGary RoesserMay 27, 20261.0If I could give 0 I would. Had a tow order in since 930 this morning. Was told multiple times that we were "next" as soon as he drops it would be our turn. Hours go by. Still nothing. So called manager put me on a never ending hold. Will be filling formally with the BBB.
