Drake did a fantastic job of pulling my vehicle out of the mud, and with virtually no damage (beyond whatever scuffs & scrapes I'd already inflicted on my poor car when I got stuck in the first place)! Throughout the entire towing process, he was extremely careful, diligent, and methodical; plus was entirely professional and courteous as well. It's worth noting that this happened very late at night (around 2:30 a.m.), and that their dispatch was able to send Drake and his tow truck right away. Big points to Craig's for having the availability, and to Drake for arriving at the scene so quickly! It's very clear that Drake has plenty of experience as a tow truck driver, and takes pride in his work. Combined with the responsiveness of their dispatch center, I'm happy to recommend Craig's Towing anytime, especially if the rest of their drivers are as good as Drake!

I understand that working in customer service can be exhausting and frustrating, but that is no excuse for being blatantly rude and unprofessional. While waiting to pick up my car, the man working in the shop was incredibly disrespectful, not only to me, but to everyone he interacted with. He muted his phone twice while speaking to customers just to say things like, “I don’t need your f*cking name” and “idiot.” I was then left waiting for over 10 minutes without a word, when all he needed to do was tell me where my car was. The woman I spoke with on the phone was the only pleasant person I interacted with. As someone who also works in customer service, I understand having bad days, but treating customers this way is simply unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on the business.

These people don’t even do night calls. They’re just satisfied.

My company truck broke down and Craig’s came to the rescue. Drake was friendly and knowledgeable and got us towed back to town. Thanks!
