  Scheduling service was painless. Had appointments they met my needs . Was able to come to me due to my inability to drive to them . Technician was extremely professional and protected all surfaces around windshield . After install he recalibrated my ADAS system and provided documentation of certification. They were on time and kept me aware of drivers arrival . Truck was vacuumed clean . All receipts and documentation were sent via email. Was verry impressed by the technician. Well spoken, professional and polite.

  Stalia was super-helpful and knowledgeable!! I arrived with an insurance claim to replace the whole windshield (with a deductible), but after she looked at the stone chip, she thought I could save money by doing a repair. She also explained how the repair would be done, the possible risk to making the hole bigger to allow for the filler, and kept my claim open in case I actually did need the whole thing replaced. The repair is great and I had zero out-of-pocket! Thanks so much!! g

  Rain protection was not put on the windshield even though I paid for the service. First rain and water was pooling on windshield and could not see!! Called, was told they had to refund the entire amount and then re run payment minus protectant. Told them no, I dont want to do that I will just come in AGAIN to get protectant put on. Later that night had a pending charge on my account with an additional $480 charge with no pending deposit. I never gave permission for them to charge my card again, had no receipt for an additional charge. When I tried calling yet again, and did the promt "issue with previous work" no previous work was coming up with my phone number so the "AI assistant" kept dropping my call so I couldn't talk to an actual person. Will not be coming here again.

  Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. The relationship between Safelite and Progressive Insurance is borderline criminal. Sad, pitiful, these big companies have no shame. Find another place for a windshield replacement there are better out there.
