  This was my first time having to take my car to a collision center. I had to get my rear door replaced and Freddie and the entire Keno Collision team were extremely helpful. They really made dealing with the other driver’s insurance a breeze. Any questions I had, they were willing to help. They always gave me updates on the insurance and repair process. The car looks completely new. Overall I’m extremely happy that I went here to get my car fixed.

  My car was totaled and I was dealing with the other person's insurance company and let me tell you they don't treat you well. After much searching and prayer, my heart kept being led back to keno so I brought my car in. Both John and Freddy were awesome and comforting during the whole process. They were even willing to lose out on some money for storage fees if I went another route by selling my car instead of giving it to the insurance company. They also referred me to a private appraiser to get some guidance on how to negotiate my settlement and get loss of use. It was a very overwhelming situation and these 3 men helped to keep me going and I ended up negotiating an extra $1200 for my settlement. Some tips are to only communicate with insurance over email and it can be used as a binding agreement so be careful with wording. Make your own valuation report and push for loss of use in cash if you don't need a rental. I will be using Keno for all and any automotive needs that they may offer at their shop in the future. They are trustworthy, caring about people more than money, which is hard to find in this world today.

  Kenosha Collison and Repair are awesome!!! They handled everything for me. I didn't have a single conversation with an insurance company. They did it for me. They kept me informed and did and excellent job!!! John and Freddy are excellent. Customer focused. Not insurance focused. I'm recommending them to everyone and anyone!!!

  I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Keno Collision! From the moment I walked in, Freddy at the front desk made the entire process completely stress free. Dealing with insurance after an accident is usually a nightmare, but Freddy walked me through every single step with patience and clarity. I always knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next. He handled all the insurance coordination seamlessly and kept me updated throughout the whole repair process. No confusion, just straightforward, professional communication from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely makes you feel like your car (and your time) actually matters to them. If you need body work done in the Kenosha area, definitely check them out. Ask for Freddy, he’s the reason I’ll keep coming here if I ever need body work again!
