  Gerber has had my car in their possession since January 21st. My original Estimated completion date was February 16th. It’s May 1st they’ve extended the date a total of 10 times as of today. Today I went to the shop in person and asked to see my car and was denied access by Steven. Who is the same person who had previously invited me to come look at it. I requested that they send a firm completion date. I wrote my email for them to send it over which he agreed to do but never did. The shop is now closed and no one called me back either.

  Customer service wise Chris, Steve and Roy were great. The collision auto body work on my vehicle NOT good. The door installed is obvious by appearance not installed & aligned well with the molding. The inside door molding is extremely loose and can be ripped off via touch. Extremely poor quality workmanship. As I was driving the rubber flap came off and I'm not satisfied that it won't happen again during a snow storm or something so I'm not completely happy or feel secure about pieces not falling off one day. But hey you guys got your payment, so I guess that's all that matters...

  Unusual review Didn't use Gerber but I used Gerber's state of the art touchless laserwash car wash, simply the best within 500 miles...no scratches...no spots...best of the best high tech modern perfect.

  I called to have a scratch on my vehicle repaired and they got me in same day and were very honest in what it needed. Original quote was for worst case scenario with repaint and everything. They called me back an hour later to have me back to look after a buff and it was all fixed. They were very honest and only did what needed to be done and didn’t “over sell” anything. We will continue to bring our vehicles here for any repairs in the future. Steve Davis was the manager and was really helpful.
