If you like fine print, fake totals, full information never being disclosed till you're there to pick it up, being treated like you're the scum of the earth as you're trying to give them 840, and the communication skills of a newborn baby, this hell on earth of a rental place is your place to go. I personally don't like this treatment making this the WORST experience I've ever had since the beginning of June when my car was stolen and crashed. Same result regardless, no car. Their customer service should have this place shut down, but people are desperate so they're still in business. So if you like confirming a reservation, having a total given to you on the website and the email confirmation, then two days before you're supposed to pick it up someone calls you and tell you that there's a 300 deposit, when you try to inform him it would be better for the company to disclose that UP FRONT all he says is "I'm pretty sure it's in the fine print", (but there's fine print still there which they won't tell you that it all needs to be on one card), so you get the 300 deposit and put it on your credit card, show up on a day with an extreme heat warning, only for them to FINALLY tell you it needs to be on one card, you inform them the "customer service agent" or plainly THEIR EMPLOYEE didn't disclose that information and all they say is sorry but it has to be on one card, WITH NO ONE TRYING TO HELP YOU WHAT SO EVER! So to recap, if you like fine print, fake totals, full information never being disclosed till you're there to pick it up, being treated like you're the scum of the earth as you're trying to give them 840, and the communication skills of a newborn baby, this hell on earth of a rental place is your place to go. Expedia you're next on my list because you recommended this hellhole.
