  I will never rent from Enterprise again and you shouldn’t either. I rented a car from Enterprise for a trip. I could easily have gotten a ride there but was told by the employees that I could park my car in the lot and I parked it where they directed me to park it. When I came back to pick up my car, it was gone. I was panicked, thinking it had been stolen. It turns out they decided to repave parts of the parking lot while I was gone and had my car towed to an impound lot. I had to pay over $300 CASH to get my car back. Enterprise refuses to reimburse me for this even though it was their employees who directed me to park there and I was assured my car would be fine to park in that spot. I sent the tow receipt and didn’t hear back for a few weeks and when I finally reached out I got the reply that it had been rejected. So they weren’t even going to notify me. VERY poor communication. I’ve rented from Enterprise previously and never had this issue. It’s so disappointing that they would handle business this way.

  Easy, pleasant service. Didn't try to oversell me on anything. Was in and out fast. Drop off was super easy.
