  I had a reservation to pick up a rental for Oct 2nd. Mind you I have rented from Enterprise before no issues same license. All my information was already in their system license and insurance included. I get to enterprise this morning to try and get the rental I booked about a week prior just for them to tell me they cannot rent to me because my license says probationary. It is not a permit nor do I have any stipulations. One person said they made the a new policy over a week ago. Another person said they made the policy in October ( 1 day ago) when I called the district office they said as long as I have no stipulations ( which I don't) I should have no problem being able to rent. They literally judged me the second I walked in and it definitely looked like they made their decision before I even handed them my license. Never again and I will let everyone know to never rent from this place. Enterprise you lost a great customer 👍🏽

  We rented a car for a week long vacation in Kenosha. We scheduled the car for pickup at the Kenosha Airport (KENW) AVP FBO and it was waiting for us when we arrived. It was my first time booking a car to an FBO, and it was so slick. The car itself was very nice. The manager Ashlee Mueller included her card with our paperwork, which was a nice touch. We dropped the car back off at the FBO prior to departure, and that was it. They checked it back in later that day and paid with the card on file. We will definitely be renting from Enterprise again on our next flying trip.

  I had to buy a new car due to mine being totaled in an auto accident. I rented a vehicle from enterprise and I was unable to drop off the rental car and enterprise picked it up from the dealership for me. Best customer service ever.

  I will never rent from Enterprise again and you shouldn’t either. I rented a car from Enterprise for a trip. I could easily have gotten a ride there but was told by the employees that I could park my car in the lot and I parked it where they directed me to park it. When I came back to pick up my car, it was gone. I was panicked, thinking it had been stolen. It turns out they decided to repave parts of the parking lot while I was gone and had my car towed to an impound lot. I had to pay over $300 CASH to get my car back. Enterprise refuses to reimburse me for this even though it was their employees who directed me to park there and I was assured my car would be fine to park in that spot. I sent the tow receipt and didn’t hear back for a few weeks and when I finally reached out I got the reply that it had been rejected. So they weren’t even going to notify me. VERY poor communication. I’ve rented from Enterprise previously and never had this issue. It’s so disappointing that they would handle business this way.
