  My recent experience with Gustman Chevrolet was very, very pleasant. I had a problem with the "loaner car" and they immediately replaced it with a different car. We were unhappy with that one because we had trouble getting in and out of it. I called and they said "No problem, bring it in and we'll give you one more comfortable." They did and we were much happier. My truck problems were solved and we were happy about that too.

  I strongly advise against bringing an electric or hybrid vehicle to Gustman Chevrolet. When evaluating my Chevy Volt, the service advisor told me my high-voltage battery was degraded. Their justification was that they took internal cell measurements while the battery was at a 10% state of charge, and stated that the individual cell voltages should be reading above 4.5V. Anyone with a basic understanding of lithium-ion batteries knows the absolute maximum safe voltage for these cells at a 100% full charge is around 4.1V to 4.2V. Expecting a cell to sit above 4.5V is physically impossible. In reality, my cells all measured roughly 3.58V with a 0.01V delta at 10% capacity (I requested their own test results), which indicates a perfectly healthy and balanced battery pack. The service department also claimed the battery was failing because the voltage dipped heavily under acceleration. However, significant voltage sag is normal electrical behavior when drawing high current, especially at low SOC (and they did not specify the value of the dip either). It is disappointing for a branded factory service center to condemn the most expensive component of a vehicle based on a misunderstanding of normal electrical behavior. If you drive an EV, find a shop that understands basic power electrical systems before taking your vehicle here.

  I drove in for an estimate to replace the "sharkfin antennae " on my 2025 Equinox. Nolan could have squeezed it in immediately if my schedule allowed. Instead I came back the next day. I was there less than an hour! Thank you to the team at Gustman.

  I hit a crane last week Wednesday. Called to get my car in to get fixed, was told they couldn't get my car in until July 6th. They told me I could drop off my car and they could try and work it in. Called Monday this week to see if they have a loaner vehicle available for me to use, they did. Dropped off my car Monday morning. Picked up the insurance check on Tuesday. Got the call thursday morning my car was fixed and could be picked up! Happy to have my Buick back! Thank you Gustmans of Kaukauna for working quickly and getting my car fixed! One less thing to stress about!
