Kevin was incredibly helpful, caring, and professional throughout the entire experience. What stood out to me most was his positive attitude, charisma, and the way he communicated. He made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. His professionalism and friendly personality really made a difference. Kevin is an excellent representative of Enterprise, and I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me. I would highly recommend working with Kevin and hope Enterprise recognizes the great service he provides.
- CPchris ptakJul 19, 20264.0Everything went great, accept fir one minor detail. I noticed on the dashboard that the tire pressues on the Jeep Compass were way out of spec. Front drivers side was 50 psi. And front passenger was 42 psi. I corrected them both the minute I found out. Other that that, I thought the service, and the vehicle performed great!

I do wish the $300 deposit was more obvious and known bc that kind of screwed us on our trip. (you do get it back once you return the car but still)

The last car rented had a strong odor that would not go away with windows open. The car seemed very used and was dirty in comparison to the last Jeep Wagoneer I rented. I hope the previous renter got the $20 bill found in the second row!
