⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ JANESVILLE ENTERPRISE IS AN ABSOLUTE AURA FACTORY 🚐🔥💯 We rented a Chrysler minivan—whatever the government name of that glorious gang transport spaceship is—and it ATE. Car? Awesome. Trip? Awesome. Weekend with my gang of teenagers at Mall of America? LEGENDARY. No crumbs. Maximum squad deployment. 🛍️👑😭 But THE HUMANS AT THIS STORE deserve the biggest shout-out. The whole Janesville crew was awesome and made this adventure possible. Every single one deserves a raise. Corporate overlords, put down the spreadsheets and release the appreciation doubloons 💰🗣️ Your people are carrying the aura economy, and “great job, team” does not pay the bills. PAY YOUR LEGENDS. Special shout-out to the customer service dude who laughed at my 67 joke. SIX SEVEEEEEN 🤲💀 Bro understood the lore and encouraged brainrot that absolutely did not need encouragement. +67 charisma. Infinite aura. Certified customer service final boss. 🏆🔥 That van let our teenage chaos caravan roll out and make awesome memories together. Enterprise—and SPECIFICALLY the Janesville team’s fantastic humans—helped us have a seriously great weekend. Massive W car. Massive W trip. MASSIVE W PEOPLE. Would absolutely rent here again. Five stars, gang-approved, skibidi-certified. 🚐⭐ GANG GANG.

Speed checkout failure. I completed the checkout online BUT I was still pressured by the "Sales Rep" to purchase additional coverage for the car. The checkout was horrible.

They mostly never have the vehicle that you booked for. Anytime I've had to go get one minus maybe a couple times, have they had the vehicle that I booked. Then when they offer to upgrade not always a decent upgrade. Twice I've gone and they didn't even have a vehicle for me, I would have had to wait to get one. I mean the place is there if you're in a pinch and you need a vehicle but if you're looking for something that you want to make sure you want to get out of suggest going somewhere else

The only piece that would have made my experience better was ensuring the vehicle chosen for us to drive had all maintenance completed when knowing the rental is a one-way across country. Otherwise, it was perfect.
