  These Technicians are awsome. They diagnosed,explained throughly,fixed efficiently and were great about letting me make a decision on repairs. They are very kind and cost was minimal. I'd recommend them too friends and family anyday.

  UPDATE: I am truly impressed that Matt reached out to me to fix my initial issue. It is nice to see a local business that cares about its customers. They offered to get the hood open at no charge and I truly appreciate that. I recommend this shop for its honesty and integrity. Thank you! Original Review: I took my Toyota Highlander to Centerway because my hood latch cable broke. The staff and mechanics were very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication as I thought I was quoted $170-$200 to fix the broken cable. But that was not the price for the broken cable that was the price to just look at the car. I didn’t understand that or maybe I misheard, but it was not very clear to me that it was just for looking at the car. When the mechanic came back, they asked me if I wanted to proceed with the repair and I agreed under the assumption it was going to be around $200 And told them to go ahead with the repair. When I mentioned, yes that’s good for 200 bucks. They said no the repair is actually going to be $500 due to labor. I could not fit this in my budget and I declined the repair, but I just feel that there could’ve been better communication regarding how much things were costing and what the cost were for. Again, I really thought the first quote was for the actual Repair as everything I researched said it should cost around $200 at a mechanic to fix this issue. I’m also a little upset because they were able to open the hood but then they Shut it all the way down so it is stuck again when they could’ve just use the safety latch and bungee it so it wouldn’t fly Up while I decided on what to do. I ended up paying $170 for my hood latch to still be stuck in the closed position.

  They put a new clutch in my car which I realize is pretty complicated. They had the vehicle for less than a week and it was less than two weeks from the time I called until it was finished. Had a small issue which they went above and beyond to resolve. I will definitely be calling them for service in the future.

  CENTERWAY AUTO REPAIR is an absolutely fantastic company. Their customer service is beyond good. I am really happy with the service and repairs to my vehicle and with the good price that I paid.
