  I have glass coverage so this experience didn't hurt the pocketbook, but even if it did I would recommend Safelite at least for windshield replacement. My auto insurance made it easy for me to land on Safelite in the process of making a claim, and within a few minutes I was scheduled for windshield replacement on the truck here in New Richmond, WI. I received a message when the technician was on his way and he arrived at the home address right on time. I met him in the driveway and he explained the process and asked if I had any questions before beginning. A short time later the truck had a new windshield, no questions, no problems. The technician reminded me of not washing the truck right away and made some other important points and again asked if there were any questions. I appreciate this. I had phenomenal service and hope that all other Safelite customers receive the same level of service that I received.

  I really needed to have my windshield replaced and was recommended by my insurance to book with Safelite. The process online was easy plus they had availability quickly! Andrew out of Hudson was my tech; he called to give me a closer idea of when he would arrive, explained everything to me, and worked quickly. I’m super pleased with how it looks, the amount of time it took, there’s no cleanup here at my house - thank you!

  Nope, had the rear power slider replaced on my 2019 RAM 1500. Power slider and defrost didnt work . You call them and they never answer the phone at the Hudson Wisconsin location. So I took matters into my own hands. I had to remove my rear seats and the carpet out of the back of the cab. Nothing electrically was plugged in. The worst part was the the loose bolts holding the seat to the cab. Plus the back right passenger side bolt was cross threaded and stripped out. After tapping the hole out properly mounting my seats and plugging all the electronics back in it works. Thankfully my 13 year old daughter wasnt in the truck yet buckeled into a loose seat. I want my money back. The one time in life I use my insurance this is what happens.
