I was spoiled all my early life as my dad was in the business so I would get my window and bodywork done by him. He retired. I set up an appointment for next day service for a new windshield. My son’s car that he is to use for his driver’s test in less than a week had a few larger chips and a crack which is an auto fail. I had just learned of that rule so needed quick replacement. Andrew was professional and even let my teen watch him replace the windshield. Thank you for getting the car drivers test ready!

They don't answer their phone!! I set an appointment, verified that the information was correct - and then received a confirmation for an appointment on the wrong date! When you try to call them, the AI tells you to go to the website and then hangs up!! It took me over an hour to finally get through to them via the corporate phone number who put me through to them!
