  I had a great experience with Enterprise Rental Car in Hudson Wisconsin. The entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful, which made pickup quick and stress-free. The vehicle I received was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. I needed the rental because my car was in the Autobody shop being fixed. The whole process was supposed to be two weeks, but it ended up being four weeks. Enterprise remained easy to deal with and told me to keep it as long as I needed it. Another thing I really appreciated was how efficient the return process was. Everything was handled quickly, and the team made sure I was taken care of right away. A month after I returned the car I called the Hudson Wisconsin location because I was missing a couple of expensive dog collars that I thought might have fell out of my bag in the rental car. Jack P answered my call and not only went to ask all the staff if anything was found in the car. He then write a note letting the staff know I was missing it and took down my name and number in case it was found later after my call. Then to my surprise Jack said he would call the Stillwater office in case the car got transferred after I tuned it in. This to me, was going up and beyond. It’s easy to answer a call, keep your see if something was tuned in and end the call. Jack did the opposite, and that is rare to find. His kindness and diligence to try to find my dog collars was exceptional customer service. Everyone needs a Jack P working for them. He gave me an unexpected WOW If you’re looking for a reliable and honest rental car company with exceptional customer service, clean vehicles, and a hassle-free experience, I highly recommend Enterprise. I would definitely rent from them again!

  I needed a rental because my truck needed work in a body shop. My insurance company set me up these guys. The day I dropped my truck off at the body shops Enterprise dropped a vehicle off for me. When my repairs were done I left the rental at the body shop. Enterprise made everything go very smooth. Staff is very friendly and nice to work with.
