- DSDaniel Sopotnick3 days ago5.0Our car broke down in Hudson trying to get back home. It was a Sunday night, so we stayed at the hotel across the street until Monday morning. Josh was very understanding and accommodating. They fixed the problem quickly and had us back on the road in no time!!
- RSRiane SJun 21, 20265.0We stumbled upon this shop in a panic. Our vehicle was stalling on 94 on our family trip across multiple states. Josh was extremely kind and patient in helping us try to diagnose the issue with our car full of kids and dogs. After spending about 30 minutes talking us thru the issue we might be having, a storm was rolling thru and they allowed us to park in the garage to avoid hail damage. Unfortunately, the issue we were having is transmission related and they were unable to help with that. Josh was kind enough to allow us to leave our vehicle parked in the lot until we were able to get it towed the next day. All in all, we are so grateful for the kindness and honesty they offered. We would highly recommend this shop to anyone in Hudson.

The reason given for the discrepancy was that the phone was answered in the Phillipines and they didnt know that they would only balance all four wheels....bogus.
- ENEthan NelsonMar 30, 20261.0DO NOT GO! I went there last year to get new tires that came with a warranty. I paid the front desk in cash. After a few weeks, I had a flat tire and went in to get it repaired. When they tried to charge me, I told them it was under the warranty. They proceeded to tell me that they had no recorded of my tire purchase and the lady who ran the front desk quit a few days prior (they said she quit because of fraud she was committing). They went on to tell me there was nothing they could do (even though they knew she was committing fraud). I showed them the purchase slip I got, but they said because they were under new management, they aren’t required to honor it. Now I’m out $1,000 and have had to replace two tires already. They used to be my go to spot, but now they will find any way to charge you for unnecessary ad ons. Wish I could give 0 stars
