  This is by far the smoothest car rental I've ever had. Communication was great, pick up was smooth, the car was a great vehicle for us and our needs, and when we had a complication picking up our personal vehicle from getting tires put on it while we were out of town (we came back on a Sunday and the place was closed- not leaving the keys for us to be able to go home in), Enterprise was SUPER flexible and worked with me on a rental extension in a time of need. Alan really went above and beyond for me for this trip.

  A pleasant experience. Very helpful dealing with my insurance company for rental during personal vehicle repairs from a hail damage claim. Was picked up from my repair facility to the rental location. 2027 Chryler Pacifica was pleasant to drive. Even received an adjustment for fuel because of vehicle not returned full tank by previous renter.

  The car I was given to drives air conditioning took 20-30 minutes before it would get cold in the 90+ degree weather. The cruise control was not reliable. I set it on the highway to 70 and there were no cars in front of me. The car would slow down to as low as 58 and then sped up to 82 before I shut off cruise control. When I dropped off and told the guy he seemed annoyed and unapologetic. He dismissed everything I said.

  My rental had a weird smell when i got it. like that it wasn’t fully cleaned. the smell was musty and not pleasant. i got used to it. i could also tell it was a very basic vehicle. there was no cruise control on the 2024 nissan rogue i got as a rental. and the guy who gave me the vehicle told me i can either bring it back to enterprise and they will fill the car up with gas OR i can pay for gas and get a receipt and they will reimburse me. but i just got off the phone with someone after i dropped off the vehicle and got my car back, and he told me im pretty much out the $45 i spent to fill the car back up with gas. i did everything the guy told me to do, i got a receipt to show i paid for gas. but now im out $45. to fill up a car with gas that isnt even mine. i just had a weird experience with the vehicle and everything. with not getting a reimbursement and the vehicle smelling quite musty, i honestly don’t know if i would rent with them again.
