You need to learn the process and they should treat you right. They completely took advantage of his inexperience and signed him up for some crazy supplemental crap. Be aware! Enterprise on Packerland in Green Bay will steal from you. (I believe I talked to Duncan. Just horrible customer service. Didn’t try to make it right at all). Never again Enterprise! Update - the regional manager ended up calling and making things right so I changed rating from 1 to 4 stars. She was very understanding and helpful. Ultimately should be a learning experience both ways. Sales - don’t take advantage of newbies. They are your future customers. Newbies - be more prepared for how the world of sales really works.
