Stephanie was absolutely awesome! I called with a problem she provided a solution. I showed up to find out she had to search high and low in the store for the product I needed. She eventually found it misplaced in a different section. Her dedication to finding what her system showed as in stock surpassed all my expectations. Well done, she deserves a raise! Thank you!!!

I would give this AutoZone zero stars if I could. The Hales Corners AutoZone has apparently decided that being located immediately adjacent to a residential community is irrelevant when determining what constitutes an acceptable level of noise. Today, their parking lot is hosting what I was told is a “sanctioned car show.” What that has meant for the people who actually LIVE nearby is an absolutely relentless barrage of window-rattling bass, absurdly loud exhausts and backfires that sound like gunshots, aggressive engine revving, and some of the most obnoxious vehicle noise I have ever heard in a residential area. This isn't normal parking-lot activity. It isn't a little music or the occasional loud exhaust. It is HOURS of intrusive noise carrying directly into surrounding homes. I called the store. I contacted the police. Other neighbors are furious as well. What makes this especially infuriating is that AutoZone is a business operating as part of a COMMUNITY. The people surrounding this property did not volunteer to have their Saturday afternoons turned into somebody else's automotive sound system and exhaust competition. If AutoZone wants to host or permit automotive events, then management should have enough basic consideration and common sense to establish and enforce reasonable limits on stereos, unnecessary revving, exhaust noise, and disruptive behavior. Being a car-parts retailer does not mean the surrounding residential neighborhood should have to tolerate whatever level of automotive noise happens to show up in the parking lot. I will continue documenting these disturbances and reporting excessive noise when they occur. If these events continue, I strongly encourage other affected residents to do the same and to make their concerns known through the appropriate channels. AutoZone management: you have neighbors. Start acting like it.

Went to an AutoZone to get a couple of filters for my car. They researched and figured out which ones were needed. Unfortunately they were out of both. I thought that I would have to go to other stores to find what I needed, but the young man who was helping me asked where I lived and searched for AutoZone stores near there and called to see if they had what I needed. Luckily they did. I paid him and he reserved the parts at the other store. Later I stopped and those people had my parts waiting for me when I walked in the door! The customer service was excellent and I and grateful to both outlets for giving me such great service!!!
