  Went for oil change, tire rotation. The mechanic drained the transmission fluid on my vehicle instead of the oil and did not notice. I left the shop; and tried to drive. Vehicle was not drivable with no transmission fluid and I had to return to the shop. When I returned the mechanics realized the mistake. Driving a vehicle without transmission fluid can be catastrophic to the engine. Taking it to a dealership now to fix their mistakes and get it done the proper way. Have a claim open with Valvoline to determine next steps. Will absolutely never go back to this or any Valvoline Instant Oil Change ever again. I am not a mechanic; but it seems like a significant miss and someone needs to be accountable to it. Zero Stars.

  Um wow. I have been going to valvoline, for decades, even in multiple states. This location was hands down the best experience ihave had. I hink I was out of there in less than ten minutes.They worked so well together as a team and communicated and followed all safety protocols throughout the entire visit. I couldn't believe how well they worked together And how controlled the environment was. My favorite part was the young man checking my hood for stains from his gloves and wiping my hood with a paper towel to ensure no dirt or oil was left behind. I will be coming back to this location, Specifically. I am so impressed and happy with my experience.

  This place is run like a well oiled machine. Whoever is leading this operation seems to have a great rapport with the team and customers (both chris and Mari), and you can tell the team has the same great attitude and the perfect mix of fun and top notch professionalism. Everyone here was awesome. Very pleasant experience that I never received at an car place like this

  The team at this location specifically were amazing and welcoming from the moment I pulled in to the moment I left. Working in hospitality I specialize in customer service and seeing these technicians today be superb sent me on way happier than when I initially arrived. Shout out the gentleman leading the team of guys with the glasses I didn't get his name but he should get a promotion/raise or both because he's the star and very friendly.

  I came in because my car was displaying a message "Change oil soon" even though I had had it changed less than 2 months ago. I had just had a new thermometer put in at a full service shop. The Valvoline folks checked my my oil, said it was fine and reset the message board. I appreciated their quickness, friendliness and that they didn't take advantage of me to change oil when it wasn't necessary. I usually come here for oil changes and find them honest, friendly and professional
