Copied the text: Greeted by the manager which was nice but after that it seemed a mess. I’m hoping the correct oil was put in. I paid for full synthetic. Nothing else was done except for checking my lights. They said ok you can go after taking my payment and handing me an oily receipt. I had to ask them to check my tires. Never checked filter and they did not put windshield fluid in. I asked if they reattached the cover shield under my car and he said there isn’t one. I told him I’ve always had one and he said maybe the last time I was there the guys didn’t put it back on and that they were fired for a reason. I am very upset with not your company taken off and not putting back my shield under my car. This was the only Valvoline station that I trusted, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
