I love Enterprise and I really enjoy renting with you guys! I’m a regular customer and always come back to Enterprise whenever I need to rent a car. ❤️ The only thing I would suggest is being more specific about the gas policy. I’ve been told different things by different employees. Some have told me that it’s okay to return the car with an empty tank, while others have told me that I need to return it with the same amount of gas that it had when I picked it up. It would be really helpful if the gas policy could be explained clearly to customers when they pick up the vehicle, so everyone knows exactly what is expected when returning it. Thank you! 😊
