Michael and the other gentleman working today were AWESOME. Seriously, this was the best experience I’ve ever had getting an oil change. It was just the two of them working because a new store opened and some of their team had moved over there, but they handled everything so well. They never complained, were super kind and helpful, and still made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I will absolutely be coming back. 10 stars out of 5 for these guys!!

First time customer today and I must say. I was extremely please with the level of professionalism and how respectful the entire crew was. From the moment I pulled in until I left, they explained everything thoroughly and were all very knowledgeable. Will definitely be a returning customer for sure and highly recommend them for all your automotive necessities.

Love the costumer service, car was messy but no judgment was made from any employees. I usually go to the dealership to get all of my maintenance done, so this was the first time I’ve ever been to Valvoline. Communication was great and service was done in less than an hour. Would go again!
