It was like the windshield was never broken and no one ever came to fix it. So clean and so precise. It was an excellent hassle free experience. So much better than having to drop off locally and figuring out rides. Plus the price for the wipers and rain coating cost way less then what I would've paid locally just for just the windshield. I already have told family and friends and have recommended Safe Lite to others. Thank you!

These photos are from immediately after my windshield was "fixed" Before they "fixed" my windshield there was maybe a 1/16 inch chip that was just barley starting to crack could barely even notice it, now my windshield has a big spider crack bigger than a half dollar in it and it's 10 times worse than before they "fixed" it. Also the company is not going to replace my windshield after they made it worse instead of repairing it. If you need glass repair I do not recommend safelite at all they say it's a guaranteed fix but I promise you it's not. Their chip and crack repair service is a scam, now in that same breath I can't speak on there glass replacement because I've never had them replace any glass so THIS REVIEW IS FOR SAFELITE CHIP AND CRACK REPAIR SERVICE ONLY. Now because their scam of a repair service I have to pay for a new windshield which is going to cost more that $800. I can promise you I will not be buying it from this joke of a company. Please save yourself the headach and use a different company if you need any glass repair.
