  Completely disappointed in the service center. I stopped into the Express Service to find out the cause of my check engine light and was told I have an oil leak. I have called repeatedly to schedule service and have not received a call back. I was able to book smoothly with Bergstrom Jeep in minutes so taking my business there instead. My husband has been experiencing similar issues with Gandrud Chevy service. We will not be repeat customers of Gandrud.

  I would love to give zero stars, but it’s not an option. I had my truck transmission, transfer case, and differential fluids changed at 50,000 miles. Fast forward 2 years and 25,000 miles and my transmission threw some codes. Checked the fluid level and it was just over 3 quarts low on fluid. I immediately changed the fluid and filters again on my own and also found 2 of the transmission pan bolt holes were stripped in the transmission itself. Drill, taps, and Heli-Coils to the rescue. I will be changing the differential fluids and transfer case fluids now too since Gandrud can’t be trusted to do something this simple correctly. It’s sad after buying two vehicles from them and having them service those and other vehicles for the past 15 years.

  I’ve had several visits at Jeep Gandrud, and while the actual work is good when it’s communicated properly, the communication itself has been a constant issue. For my most recent appointment, Alex told me they couldn’t add my rattling‑noise concern to the recall appointment in their system and instructed me to write “check and advise” on the service ticket when I dropped off my Jeep. I did exactly that and was very specific about it. Despite this, the information was never passed along. Jonathan, who called me to say my Jeep was done, was polite and clearly confused because no one had told him anything about the rattling noise. Because of this communication failure, I now have to wait another three weeks for a new appointment. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with issues like this, and both my boyfriend and a friend have had similar experiences. Chevy Gandrud always communicated well, but Jeep Gandrud has been frustrating every single time. I really hope they take communication seriously, because customers shouldn’t have to deal with this. Photo of what I had in the key drop envelope (because it was an after hour drop off) that they somehow missed.

  So ...we were working with Alex..great salesperson...very attentive to our wants and what we were trying to accomplish... The dealership had the exact model and option packages we were wanting.... MSRP $63,800... Gave him the vin and milage if the trade and said give us a quote please. Gandrud's sale price via the website was $56,350ish at time of posting.. so Alex went to the management and got back to us with numbers ...trade was light about $2,000 ( there going to rebuttal here sight unseen) now Bergstrom had a slightly higher optioned vehicle but no bedliner ($600 aftermarket) MSRP $65,205.. Sale price $51,511.40 now of your truly following this $5,000 difference in sale price and $2000 apart on trade....$7000 price swing to Gandrud's pocket book! Again Alex great person to work with .. management and dealership are proven crooks by $7,000 difference plus about $2k less of options ... Drive the 15 minutes more to Bergstrom and get service, value and upfront pricing and SAVE BIG MONEY!
