- JGJeannie GunnlaugssonAug 25, 20261.0Very disappointed in the staff at the Holmgren sight, we had a car rented after calling the airport enterprise, who did not have a car, we had a break down of our personal car and made it into the Ford dealership on Military Ave, they happily took great care of us, to driving us to enterprise to get the car, they close at 5:30, so I told the gentleman we’re enroute to give us a few extra minutes, traffic was horrible, when we arrived one minute late,it was all closed up, so our driver called the airport, and low and behold they had a car, $150.00 more and a $300.00 deposit, we were in need of a car so we took that car, the return went well, but will never use enterprise again, their willingness to help us was terrible, not the Wisconsin way to help folks when your car breaks down.

I contacted this location, spoke with Gavin, explained to him the situation, and he was very accommodating informing me that it should be no problem to switch out my rental. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by Gavin, and Jarrod assisted as well making the vehicle swap effortless. Could not speak higher of my experience with this location and would highly recommend renting from this location.

I walked there to pick it up and they let me know they could've picked me up and ended up giving me a ride home when I dropped it off. They went out of their way to ensure everything was taken care of and were super friendly on top of that! Great customer service and nice vehicles. Will deff return for my next rental!
