On Thursday, our son, who attends UWGB, drove his vehicle from the parking lot to the front of his dorm, packed it up to take a load of stuff home, and it would not start. 2+ hours of problem solving turned into a tow. Tyler at Downtown Auto was AMAZING! They worked to diagnose the problem and got it running. Great communication and the bill was better than I expected.
