  Before this visit I haven't been to this shop before. I had quite a few issues with my car and I've heard good things about Downtown Auto. Tyler and the crew were amazing throughout the entire process. Amazing communication, lots of knowledge, helpful, and you can tell that they truly care. I'd highly recommend this shop for whatever it is that you need done. I wish I knew about them sooner. Appreciate you guys very much, thank you!!!

  Straight-forward and honest with repairs and what is needed. Pictures are sent of every issue they find and you have the ability to approve or not. The service writer told me exactly what problems I could get away with not correcting (as I do not expect to have this car LONG TERM), and which ones they would suggest getting addressed with haste. Would recommend anyone who has apprehension about repair shops to give this one a try. You might just be pleasantly surprised.

  I HIGHLY recommend Downtown Auto! On Thursday, our son, who attends UWGB, drove his vehicle from the parking lot to the front of his dorm, packed it up to take a load of stuff home, and it would not start. 2+ hours of problem solving turned into a tow. Tyler at Downtown Auto was AMAZING! They worked to diagnose the problem and got it running. Great communication and the bill was better than I expected.
