- RKRanee KeomanyvongSep 8, 20265.0I've gone to DT Auto 3 times and each time I've received exceptional customer service and my car's needs is completely fixed. Tyler provides great communication throughout the process. Turnaround time is always good. Price point is good compared to competitors in our area. I will continue to keep going.
- KFKorie FleischmanAug 19, 20265.0Unfortunately, I got a slit in the sidewall of my tire, and it was going flat very quickly. I happened to be right down the road from Downtown Auto Services, so I called to see if they could help, and they told me to bring it right in. They took my car in immediately, got the damaged tire off, and put my spare on so I could safely drive to the place where I originally purchased my tires and have it taken care of under warranty. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating—and to top it all off, they didn’t charge me a thing for their help! I was so grateful for their kindness and willingness to help me out when I was in a stressful situation. I highly recommend Downtown Auto Services!
