I live out of state and my AC went out and these guys got me in on short notice and replaced nearly my whole AC system. They put in a compressor, dryer, accumulator and orifice tube and got it charged up blowing cold again. These guys even stayed open nearly 2.5 hours past closing time to finish my truck. They gave me a great price and treated me like family. I own a fleet of pilot cars and we work out of De Pere a lot and I will be sending all of my fleet vehicles to the shop when we have issues up here. I highly recommend this place. A++++

We called Car-X and were able to get an appointment, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Antonio was absolutely great—friendly, professional, and very attentive throughout the entire process. He kept us updated and was very considerate of our wait time. We decided to replace all four rotors so we wouldn’t have the same issue on our way to our next destination or on the drive home. Our mechanic, got everything done within a very reasonable amount of time, and Antonio also made sure we received the coupon that was being offered online. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service from the entire team. Highly recommend Car-X, Antonio, and staff ! They took a stressful situation while traveling and made it as easy as possible, only downfall is the call center to get to the shop.. would recommend getting rid of that . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
