  Poshua Kong was truly amazing. He had my son’s car diagnosed, spark plugs changed, and ignition coils changed within 30 minutes. He was kind, friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable!!!!! Thank you PK from the bottom of my heart!! You rock!!!!! This was be our go to place. Highly recommend!!!!!!

  I came in for a check engine light and Kyah the manager was awesome helped troubleshoot the issue and was very nice to talk with. Thank you for making the experience a great one

  This store has always been my favorite AutoZone to go to most people are extremely helpful and get me in and out of the store fairly quickly although I’ve had a very negative experience lately with a gentleman that works there tall skinny guy wears glasses and he’s been rude and argumentative with me Telling me they don’t carry a certain thing when they clearly do because it’s on their website or telling me I need certain tools that I don’t and he just seems to feel like he always needs to be right and that I’m always wrong even after I show him that he’s not correct he wants to argue with me And roll his eyes and it makes me not want to go to that store anymore, but everybody else is very kind there And helpful This guy should not be in customer service. If you can’t deal with customers hopefully his attitude changes soon. Otherwise the next time I might not be so polite. And teach him a little lesson about respect and kindness
