  Went to West side to get a 3 ton jack I seen online. They told me there was one East side. I go there. There's only one customer in side with a employee saying Trump is Trump that. Hey I don't like Trump either but come on you're at work. Then a employee comes in he ask to help me I ask about the jack. Got my phone out to show him. He doesn't look at it. He brings me to the jacks. He says this one I say no that one is not it. Then he says "l don't know what to tell you" and walks away. I try to show him he keeps walking. So forget this I walk out. The Trump talking employee ask him and me what I wanted. I say nothing. As I'm in my car he yells "order it online". I'll pay more somewhere else then to deal with bad employees.

  Needed a floor jack for an emergency situation. The gentleman working that evening was very helpful and made sure I got the right jack for the vehicle. Service was excellent.

  Let me tell you my story about how my whole day was (almost) ruined today but thanks to some guys at auto zone, saved it and saved me more unnecessary money! Thank you to Carlo (Lolo) for helping me out today! I just bought my car from a dealership a little over a month ago. Today I was working at a clients house and when I went to leave my car just wouldn’t start. It work click but wouldn’t start. There was nothing that happened that would make it die like that, no light left on, nothing. What does someone need to do in a time of car problems, I called my insurance for roadside assistance. Paid the $104 and I waited for a hour for the guy to come jumpstart me, as I’m waiting for him to show up. I call the dealership cause I’m close by and I’m thinking if it’s the alternator or something more serious than just a dead battery. What is the process of that. How can they help and why is happening to my $36000 car, right. Well the service guy told me when and if I get it started I can bring it in or tow it there. They will test it for $185 but they are booked for the next two weeks for services if they find a problem that needs to be fix. Crazy, right?! Well the guy comes, he tested my battery, said it was fine. So goes in my car and it just straight up started for him. No jump needed. Crazy, right. He looked at his reader, he said Alternator is fine too because it shot up to 14 point something. He said he must just be lucky and everything’s good and he doesn’t know why it wouldn’t start for me. I felt like he thought I was crazy stupid but I swear it really wasn't starting for me but Ok, cool. Thinking that was cool I paid for him to literally come press start my car. Maybe I am crazy stupid! Who knows, who cares, on the road again! Well I drove through town went to the gas station, filled up, went to start my car again. Dead. Again. I asked a guy if he would help me jump start it cause that’s what needed to happen according to ChatGPT! Well thankfully got it started with a jump. I was contemplating on going to the dealership and paying the $185 to diagnose it and then waited out who knows how long for them to fix it but instead I went down the street to good o’ AutoZone where I was greeted with them listening to my rant of bad day, bad luck and the situation I was in, helping me by coming out to test it. (FOR FREE), saving me $185+ & quickly said yup needs a new battery, explaining why & went & got it, installed it, & guess what… it turned right on! In and out in about 10 minute! So again thank you Carlo and thank you auto zone! Problem solved! P.s made sure I got that 5 year warranty battery so this doesn’t happen again! 😂
