They take the time to explain what truly needs attention now and what can safely wait, allowing you to plan for larger expenses instead of feeling pressured. When I needed brake work, they recommended replacing the front brakes immediately but advised that the rear brakes still had some life left and could be addressed later. They have done the same with my leaking struts, monitoring them during routine visits and letting me know when replacement will actually become necessary rather than trying to sell me a costly repair before it is needed. Whether you know a lot about cars or very little, they treat you with respect and explain things clearly. I have always felt that they operate with integrity and genuinely look out for their customers rather than trying to take advantage of them.   Returning home from our road trip and we ran into some car issues, we made a quick decision to stop at auto select Green Bay east and they were able to diagnose our issue, replace our battery and alternator in under 3 hours, we are back on the road now and very thankful for the quick service!
