  As an Alamo Insiders member, I often am able to rent the best value vehicle when compared with options. Rate includes all taxes and surcharges so no surprises. Many locations allow vehicle selection. Quality cars. Easy check out and returns so I can spend maximum time enjoying my getaways.

  Alamo is the worst car rental company ever. Disgusting smelly cars that are scratched completely up. Less than two day rental $330. I will never ever deal with a member again.

  Alamo was fast and efficient during the check in and return. Pricing was competitive through Costco car rental.

  The jeep that was given to me didn't have a properly functioning AC. The rep also tried to give me a small car when a full size was paid for. When he decided to give us a full size Jeep, I was told he would not charge use anymore for the full size vehicle (that we had already reserved and paid for). I was also asked if I wanted to purchase the optional insurance that my company had already paid for. 🤬
