    Mike ordered a part for me and when I opened the box the part slipped out of my hand and the plastic hose nipple broke off when it hit the floor. I think that it was cracked to begin with but Mike didn't want to replace it for me. I never even got out of the store with it but he was adamant that he wasn't going to replace it. Here's where this store shines. He went to the store manager named Ramona and she didn't even hesitate to order me a new one. If you want a lesson in over the top, outrageously perfect customer service you can take a lesson from Ramona. She's a great asset to this store and AutoZone as a whole. Class A all the way! Thank you!

    I called to the store to order a coolant temp sensor for my 2017 Pacifica and the employee informed me it would be delivered 7/19 and it came 2 days early. Thanks so much! Always helpful!

    Had a bad battery that had to be jumped 3 time in a month. Was still in warranty asked for it to be replaced. They check the system claimed it was good(didn't show me any proof)and told me it might be the clamps to the battery that need to be replaced and that they wouldn't give me a new battery. I went to the advanced auto parts that was 3 minutes away and asked them to check to battery, they did and said that the battery was bad let me take a photo and email me a copy saying it need to be replaced. I went to a different auto parts location and after looking up my information and the warranty they replaced it for me with out checking the battery or me having to show them confirmation that it was bad. I wouldn't go to this location if I were you especially if your a woman! This all happened today 7/10/26 i went to the auto parts store around 10:10 ish And the two men helped me one 30ish with blonde hair and the other salt and pepper hair around 50+ didn't check their names

    I believe his name was Levi, came out as we pulled in to see what we needed help with. He was extremely helpful finding the headlight we needed in a flash! Never had that kind of service at any other parts store.
