- JMJohn McGuireOct 5, 20265.0These guys are pros, they are very efficient and polite… They really know what they’re doing. Other places I’ve been to are a ripoff these guys are awesome.
- MGMaggie GonzalezOct 1, 20265.0I just want to take a moment to recognize the person who helped me during my visit today. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, and I really wish I had because he absolutely deserves to be recognized. From the moment I arrived for my oil change, he was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and genuinely caring. I came in with an older vehicle that has some ongoing issues, and I honestly don’t know a whole lot about cars. He took the time to explain things to me in a way I could actually understand, answered all of my questions without ever making me feel embarrassed for not knowing something, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle. What stood out to me most was how much he seemed to genuinely care about doing his job well and taking care of the customer. You can tell when someone is just going through the motions, and this was completely different. He was attentive, knowledgeable, respectful, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. It was honestly refreshing to encounter someone who clearly takes pride in what they do and treats people with that level of kindness. I wish I knew his name so I could specifically mention him in this review, but I hope someone from management can identify who was working during my visit and let him know that his kindness and professionalism really made an impression. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to the gentleman who helped me. Your kindness genuinely made a stressful situation much easier. You deserve recognition for the way you treat your customers.
- DKDawn KinnamonSep 20, 20265.0Stopped by my local Valvoline on my way to somewhere else because my tires would periodically make that squealing noise when making a turn. But only then. As it turns out it was my rear tires making the noise. That kinda surprised me as I thought it was the front tire. The team checked all tires ensuring all were at the correct pressure. Got me in and out quickly and efficiently. Thank you Valvoline team. I know I can always count on you.
