- CFChris FinnemeyerOct 5, 20265.0Personal pickup and drop-off to my house and freshly baked cookies. Pristine shop and tremendous detail in the service report. I was quite surprised how polished everything about the service was. From the reporting, to the service, and the car wash and interior cleaning as a courtesy, I'm so glad I found this place. I will be back!
- MMMatthew McCardellOct 2, 20265.0Great service! I got new tires today and they were able to drop me off back home and pick me up while the service was being completed!
- MWMilwaukee WISep 26, 20265.0Friendly customer service and had a very thorough inspection and pointed out a problem that need to be addressed. The place is super clean and easy to get to as well.
- DMDestinee MarkingSep 18, 20265.0I was in the area and needed something minor fixed with my car sooner rather than later. I gave them a call and they told me to stop by right away. They took my car in as soon as I got there and got the work done quickly. Everyone working was very kind and helpful. Will definitely return for other auto needs!
- KDKyle DedrickSep 11, 20265.0I would recommend anyone with a Volvo to Silver Lake, they were able to fix my car within a day and for less than what the dealer would charge. I worked with Zach and he was able to get me an appointment the same week I reached out. The provided inspection report was very detailed and my concern (squeaking/worn suspension) was identified quickly(damaged control arm bushings). The tech went above and beyond in addressing the squeaking as there was still some after the repair and ID’d the source and greased the joints for me! I plan on bringing my Volvo back for any repairs in the future!
