  Zach was super helpful and explaining everything with my car. He even came and picked me up from work to get my car when it was done and gave me freshly baked cookies before I left. Very kind and helpful!

  Zach and Tyler were amazing. Really unique scenario. I met Melissa in the morning. She was clearly having a really awful day. I bought her coffee at fiddleheads in Grafton and we sat down and had a sandwich together, and she was telling me about her luck recently she clearly had been living out of her car and her car had massive damage to it, so I offered to help her with her her blown out tire and just to get her back up on her feet a little bit and I called Silver Lake Auto and Zac and Tyler were really gracious with their time helping this individual that none of us had ever met before but the Silver Lake Auto and Zac and Tyler specifically treated her with a lot of respect and they worked above and beyond to help the situation we had to source a rim we had to source a whole knuckle for the backend suspension and what not and they were able to source all of that as well as the tires and they helped out in a tremendous way they didn’t have to do it and it was a great opportunity to work with some great people in the community helping an individual out that was really clearly was having a really rough season of life and they were willing to help in that scenario and they did a great job servicing her car getting her back her car running and functional and safe and they did it all within a day so that she didn’t lose he car for the evening. I know Melissa was super grateful and I just wanna say how amazing it was to work with Zach and Tyler and the Silver Lake Auto team.

  They were very thorough in their explanation of the issues, did great FAST work and explained other things they thought should be looked at, but weren’t pushy in any way when suggesting them

  Thank you to both Zach and silver lake! We had a fantastic experience today. My wife's car had a nail in the tire. I called the store in the morning and they were able to have a replacement tire there within a few hours. My wife works a minute away, they kindly let her drop the car off and then took her back to work and then returned the car to her at work when it was done. Their ability to get the tire to the store and on the car in the same day saved us from an incredible amount of disruption and frustration. Their generosity in helping get my wife back to work made a big difference for us. We feel very fortunate that their location is so close and that they took such good care of us. Highly recommend.

  Out of Town , had a bad tire. Towed to this place on a Sunday. I had no idea when I'd get my car back or if zi could trust the service. I was in a bit of a panic as I am visiting Cedarburg for a plein air art painting event, desperately needing my car for it. Monday morning, Zach was very prompt. He kept me updated on ordering new tire and finished repair, same day!!! He called at the times he said he would, to update me. The inspection was great to go through, as I knew my 2016 van has issues. He sent it to my phone and email. Pretty nice technology. A young gentleman, Nick? gave me a ride back to my car. Good driver. I even got some fresh baked chocolate chip cookies! Ended up needing a new tire, so bought a pair ( at the end of life) and did an oil change since it was due. First time in 3 years my car doesn't vibrate at 70 mph. So now back to my local mechanic to go over the inspection list. Thanks Siver Auto for making this stressful experience, a great experience . 5 stars! Next year's event, I know where to go if I have problems. Thanks so much!
