  It was a terrible experience and I'm not sure I'll ever rent with Enterprise again. I showed up for the rental, and they didn't have the car I RESERVED. I was supposed to get a standard size SUV but Joe said they should be back after 1pm (it was 11am). I left him my phone number and he said he would call (he didn't). So, I called him back at 1:47pm, he said the Nissan Rogue was back, and I sad i would be down in 15-20 min. I got there slightly later, as I'm taking care of my elderly brother (at 2:25pm), and Joe tells me he's rented out the Nissan Rogue because "he waited on me" so all he had now was a VW Taos, which I told I didn't want. I got heated with him, and explained what RESERVED meant and Customer skills are crap. I ended up renting the Taos, and it was truly a crap car - stains all over the seats, it rode terrible and is very noisy, it had 45k miles and felt like it had 145k miles, the inside of the car was dirty, the outside had dried bugs all over it, and to make things worse, one of tires kept losing air during my rental period. This is NOT a good car and should be wholesale immediately! Needless to say, I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT go back to this location, and maybe will avoid Enterprise all together!

  The young guy that I worked with at pickup was very nice, helpful and professional. He tried to get my Bluetooth music player to connect as the last rental from you I could not. He was also unsuccessful but he tried hard. And deealing with Joe upon my return, as always, was great. The SUV was brand new and was great also.

  The Enterprise staff at the Grafton location made our rental process hassle-free. Aaron T., the Enterprise employee with whom we worked, made sure that we had the vehicle we needed after our original rental didn't come back in time. Thanks, Aaron, for going above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed!!

  I fill up my SUV for 30.00. You charged me 30.00 for 1/2 a tank. Not cool. Guys at store I have no problem with but that practice w gas is shady. MY ADVICE: Fill up the tank before returning the car.
